Returns & Refunds Policy

At Parker Boutique, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent shopping experience. This page outlines the conditions that apply in the event of a return or refund request.

1. Return Request Window

You may request a return for one or more items within 30 days from the date you physically receive the package, as shown by the carrier’s tracking.

Return requests must be submitted exclusively by email to: info@parker-boutique.com.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be considered.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return to be accepted, all items must:

  • be intact, unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition;

  • include all original tags, labels, and packaging;

  • show no signs of wear, stains, odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.), or damage;

  • not have been altered or tampered with in any way.

You may briefly try on the item at home to check the size, but it may not be worn for daily use.

It is not permitted to place orders for the same item in multiple sizes or variations solely to try them on and return some or all unwanted products.
If we detect multiple orders clearly placed for this purpose, Parker Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund for the returned items.

In any case, Parker Boutique reserves the right to:

  • refuse the return, or

  • issue a partial refund,
    if, after quality inspection, the items do not meet the conditions listed above.

2-bis. Sale Items & Promotions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items purchased on sale, with special promotional discounts, or as a “limited offer” are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or personal preference.

In particular:

  • returns are not provided for sale items purchased in the correct size but no longer wanted;

  • any return requests for sale items will be reviewed case-by-case and may be refused.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected (for example, in the case of defective or non-conforming products).

3. Return Shipping Costs

All return costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. This includes, for example:

  • shipping costs from your address to the return address;

  • any duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional costs charged by the carrier or relevant authorities.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or in the event of an error attributable to Parker Boutique.

4. Return Address & Return Procedure

Due to our logistics model, returns must be sent to our designated returns facility/warehouse.
The procedure is as follows:

  1. Email your return request to info@parker-boutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. After reviewing your request, we will provide:

    • the full return address (our warehouse/returns facility);

    • any additional instructions for properly preparing the package and any required shipping documentation.

It is your responsibility to:

  • complete shipping details correctly;

  • provide accurate and truthful customs declarations where applicable;

  • choose a suitable carrier for the shipment.

In the event of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • incorrect or missing shipping/customs documentation,

  • non-delivery to our returns facility,

Parker Boutique cannot process a refund until the return is actually received and logged at the provided return address.

5. Responsibility During Return Shipping

The customer is fully responsible for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using:

  • a trackable shipping method (online tracking);

  • for high-value orders, an insured shipment.

Parker Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are:

  • lost,

  • damaged,

  • held by customs,

  • or not delivered by the carrier.

If the carrier’s tracking shows that the package was delivered to the provided return address, the return will be considered delivered. If there are issues with the carrier, we can assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of claims or investigations.

6. Refund

After the return is received at our returns facility and passes quality inspection:

  • if the item meets all conditions of this policy, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the order;

  • the refund covers only the item price minus any discounts;

  • original shipping costs and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to:

  • wait for the actual receipt of the returned items, or

  • request valid proof of shipment (such as a carrier receipt with a tracking number),
    before issuing a refund.

Posting times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (credit card, etc.).

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an address that is:

  • complete,

  • correct,

  • and up to date at the time of ordering.

In particular:

  • If the address entered is incorrect or incomplete and the package cannot be delivered, Parker Boutique is not required to refund the order.

  • If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered properly fulfilled.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address immediately after placing your order:

  • contact us right away at info@parker-boutique.com;

  • if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee the change will be successful.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • different from what you ordered,

please email us as soon as possible at info@parker-boutique.com, including:

  • your order number;

  • a clear description of the issue;

  • clear photos showing the defect or error (product and packaging, if needed).

After reviewing the case, we may offer—at our discretion:

  • a replacement item (if available);

  • a store credit to use on our website;

  • a partial or full refund.

The solution will be determined case-by-case, taking into account the nature of the issue and applicable legal warranty requirements.
